Meet Our Staff
Liz Dillard, MSOTR/l, CHT is the President and Director of Clinical Operations at Indigo. She has a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She has been an occupational therapist for 24 years. Liz has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, schools, outpatient orthopedic clinics, acute care hospitals, DD waiver, home healthcare, early childhood intervention and rehabilitation centers. She has advanced certification in hand therapy in addition to her experience in pediatrics and is certified in myofascial therapy trigger point release. Liz also taught Kinesiology and Applied Orthopedics at the University of New Mexico Graduate School for Occupational Therapy. She specializes in upper extremity rehab, pain and working with children and adults that have sensory processing difficulties. She has provided numerous lectures on sensory processing and on upper extremity therapy in the community. When Liz is not working, she enjoys golfing, rv'ing, watching the Steelers, painting, drawing, socializing with family, home renovation projects, watching movies and reading.
Terry B. Dillard is the Vice President and Director of Business Operations at Indigo. He has a degree in electrical engineering and 22+ years of experience in operations and business management. Terry is proficient with numbers, computers, and trouble shooting. He works diligently to make sure that our billing and books are in great shape! He loves the Steelers, golfing, rv'ng and is frequently working on home projects when not "at work".
Martha Ramirez, COTA has been working in the Occupational Therapy field as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2001. She has been employed in long term care, birth to 3 program, home health, and early intervention and school age populations in rural communities. She now enjoys sharing her expertise with pre-school and school aged children. On her days off her interests are spinning, body pump, reading, listening to music, cooking, and teaching catechism. She is a volunteer lector and leads rosaries at her church when requested.
Linda Signorelli, COTA is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is a retired special education teacher at the middle-school level. She has many years of experience working with children in a variety of settings.
Marjorie Quine-Smith, OTR/l: Marjorie graduated from the College of St. Catherine's occupational therapy program in 1991. She graduated in 2002 from the University of New Mexico with a Master's degree in elementary education, with an emphasis in early childhood and multicultural issues. Her thesis was on Occupational Therapy and Literacy. She has worked with a variety of clients young and old with various diagnoses, but her passion is sensory integration. She has given numerous presentations on a variety of topics, and enjoys teaching others. She particularly enjoys teaching and empowering others in how to modify the environment and provide treatment for those individuals struggling with sensory processing. She enjoys using a team approach and supporting the client in all environments.

Linda Snell-Gonzalez, SLP: Linda received her Speech Language degree from the University of Kansas and her Masters degree in deaf education from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has endorsements for teaching the severely profoundly disabled, hearing impaired, speech language impaired, reading, special education, learning disabled, and emotionally disabled. She has worked 45+ years in private clinics, public schools, preschool-high school, rehab hospitals, nursing homes, and has taught in classrooms as well as been an itinerant teacher and therapist. She works with both Spanish and English speaking children and adults.

Matthew Dillard Therapy tech. manager and also provides therapy tech services, works as an administrative and billing assistant and is in the COTA program at Brown Mackie College.
Mark Romero: manages our volunteer program, provides therapy tech services and administrative assistance.
Natalie Torres: Reception/Front Office Manager
Natalie answers the phones, completes intakes and scheduling, coordinates client care, collects co-payments and gets insurance authorizations. She enjoys dancing with DXS dance company and specializes in Hip Hop and Jazz. She also enjoys photography.
Jessica Dillard: Administrative and "Back Office" assistant. She loves shopping!
