Meet Our Staff
Indigo Therapy Services Inc. attracts "seasoned", dedicated, highly skilled therapists that strive to make a difference in their clients' lives.  Several of our therapists have been in their fields of practice for 20+ years.
 
BIOS:
 
Liz Dillard, MSOTR/l, CHT is the President and Director of Clinical Operations at Indigo.  She has a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Psychology.  She has been an occupational therapist for 23 years.  Liz has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, schools, outpatient orthopedic clinics, acute care hospitals, DD waiver, home healthcare, early childhood intervention and rehabilitation centers.  She has advanced certification in hand therapy in addition to her experience in pediatrics.  Liz also taught Kinesiology and Applied Orthopedics at the University of New Mexico Graduate School for Occupational Therapy.  When she is not working, Liz enjoys painting, home renovation projects, watching movies and reading.
 
Terry B. Dillard is the Vice President and Director of Business Operations at Indigo.  He has a degree in electrical engineering and 22+ years of experience in operations and business management.  Terry is proficient with numbers, computers, and trouble shooting.  He works diligently to make sure that our billing and books are in great shape!  He loves the Steelers and is frequently working on home projects when not "at work".
 
Sarah Scott, OTR/l
 
Martha Ramirez, COTA has been working in the Occupational Therapy field as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2001.  She has been employed in long term care, birth to 3 program, home health, and early intervention and school age populations in rural communities.  She now enjoys sharing her expertise with pre-school and school aged children.  On her days off her interests are spinning, body pump, reading, listening to music, cooking, and teaching catechism.  She is a volunteer lector and leads rosaries at her church when requested.
 
Linda Signorelli, COTA is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is also a special education teacher at the middle-school level.  She has many years of experience working with children in a variety of settings.
 
Rachel Kay, COTA has worked in the field of Occupational Therapy as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for over 9 years. She has worked in various settings including schools, long term care and acute care. She is currently attending Western New Mexico University completing her Bachelors degree in Rehabilitative Sciences, and plans to apply to the Masters in Occupational Therapy program at WNMU when it is complete . When she is not working or doing homework, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and yellow lab.
 
Lori Bieri-Lange, OTR/l has been a pediatric occupational therapist for 23+ years.  She has practiced in Alaska and New Mexico working with families and young children in a variety of settings.  Lori has worked with birth to 3, preschool and school age populations in rural communities.  She has enjoyed training and consulting with families and community staff on infant massage, play, development and classroom success.  She has worked on several grant programs out of UNM traveling around NM evaluating and consulting on a variety of developmental conditions.  Her experience has been centered on developmental delays, visual impairments, prenatal exposure, sensory processing disorders and autism.  Currently Lori is working at  APS enjoying the same schedule as her 3 teen age boys.  When she is not working, Lori spends time watching her boys play sports, traveling, painting and gardening.  
 
Cathy Caples, SLP-CCC received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communicative  Disorders/Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Redlands (CA).  Since then, she has been employed for over 30 years as a  speech-language pathologist serving public schools in California and  New Mexico.  She has worked with a wide variety of children--preschool to  high school-aged with mild to severe disabilities.  She continues to do therapy with  developmentally disabled adults in the community.  In her free time, Cathy can be  found hiking and riding ATVs to explore the natural wonders of our beautiful state.   
 
Jan MCClure, SLP-CCC comes to us with 27 years of clinical experience in home health, hospital and school settings.  She holds degrees in both Speech Pathology and Psychology and has worked with pediatric Emotionally Disturbed and Autism Spectrum children for over 20 years of her career.  Jan has lectured extensively on the topic of Social Communication Therapy at both professional conferences and at the University of New Mexico Graduate School, Department of Speech Pathology.  Jan has three kids of her own, and enjoys power walking, jewelry hunting and the internet.
 
Lucille Lopez, P.T. has specialized in pediatric physical therapy for many years.  She has extensive experience working in both shool and private practice settings.  Lucille has expertise in all aspects of physical therapy for children.
 
Matthew Dillard  provides therapy tech services and works as an administrative and billing assistant.
 
Rachael Gabehart graduated from UNM with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications.   She provides therapy tech services and works as an administrative and insurance authorization assistant. When she has free time, Rachael loves to play with her dog, soak up the sun rays, and try out new recipes. 
 
Natalie Torres, Reception/Front Office
Natalie"Nat" answers the phones, completes intakes and scheduling, coordinates client care, and collects co-payments.  She enjoys dancing with DXS dance company and specializes in Hip Hop and Jazz.  She also enjoys photography.
 
Jessica Dillard attends CEPI Charter High School.  She specializes in insurance billing and back business office functions. She loves shopping!
